Travel is an important feature of The Media School experience. Media School and university resources are available to help make your dream of overseas study a reality.
We also offer scholarships for students to attend research and professional development conferences and funding to support reporting projects.
The Media School offers limited additional funding to support undergraduate scholarships for students who plan to study abroad.
Some opportunities are restricted to specific countries, areas of study and financial need. All Media School students who have been accepted into an IU-sponsored study abroad program may apply.
If you're planning to travel to a research or professional development conference, we may be able to help with the cost.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Students should be prepared to submit a budget for their travel.
