The Ed Spray Control Room is where programs shot in the adjacent Beckley Studio are produced.
Its cutting-edge equipment includes:
- A Grass Valley Karrera switcher
- Six server channels of video playback/record
- A two-channel ChyronHego Mosaic graphics system
- A NewTek TalkShow system for live interviews via Skype
The control room and studio complex is connected via fiber optics to the Radio-TV Building and the Mark Cuban Center for Sports Media and Technology at Assembly Hall.
