Biography
Tricia is currently a lecturer at the IU media School. Her courses focus on sports video storytelling and digital media storytelling.
She is also currently the sideline reporter for Apple TV+’s coverage of Major League Baseball on their Friday Night Baseball national broadcast, and has been there since 2022, alongside play-by-play man Alex Faust and color analyst Ryans Spilborghs.
Tricia has served as an adjunct instructor at the IU Media School since 2016.
Previously, Tricia spent 6 seasons, from 2019-2024, with Bally Sports Florida and the Tampa Bay Rays, as their sideline reporter and host. During that time she covered five straight playoff appearances, and some of the most historic teams the franchise has ever had. Her role involved regular in-game appearances on camera, reporting of stories and interviews before and after games, and weekly broadcast packages and special stories featuring Rays players and their families.
Before her career as a MLB sideline reporter, Tricia was a student at Indiana University and was raised in Bloomington Indiana.
Upon graduation from IU, she took a job in Green Bay Wisconsin at the local WBAY-TV ABC affiliate, primarily covering the Packers as a sports reporter/anchor, from 2013-2015
After 2 years in Green Bay she accepted a job closer to home in Indianapolis, at the local CBS4 and FOX59 affiliate, as a sports anchor and reporter and remained there from 2015-2018.
