Weaver author of chapters in two new books
Distinguished Professor Emeritus David H. Weaver is author of chapters in two new books:
- “Central and Eastern European Journalists in Comparative Perspective: Demographics, Working Conditions and Professional Values,” in Democracy and Media in Central and Eastern Europe 25 Years On, edited by Boguslawa Dobek-Ostrowska and Michael Glowacki. Weaver’s chapter is based on the 2012 book he co-authored with University of Kentucky professor Lars Willnat, The Global Journalist in the 21st Century.
- “The Two-Step Flow of Communication in the 21st Century,” in The 21st Century Voter: Who Votes, How They Vote, and Why They Vote. Weaver’s chapter of the book is a conceptual piece that pulls research from several different articles.
