Biography
Dan Hassoun is an assistant archivist at the Black Film Center & Archive, where he helps in organizing, promoting, and preserving the archive’s various collections. He holds a M.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Minnesota and a Ph.D in Communication & Culture (with an emphasis in film and media studies) from IU. He has been affiliated with IU since 2013.
