Parameswaran attends Big Ten leadership conference
Professor and chair of journalism Radhika Parameswaran participated in the Big Ten Academic Alliance Leadership Conference this month.
At the invitation of IU’s Office of the Vice Provost for Academic Affairs, Parameswaran participated in the Academic Departmental Executive Officer Conference in Chicago from Nov. 9-11.
The conference was hosted by the Big Ten Academic Alliance, the academic conglomerate of Big Ten universities, and included collaborations between department heads and chairs on leadership improvement and development.
Parameswaran’s research interests include qualitative research, gender and media, South Asia and cultural studies.
