Adryan Dillon
BAJ'09, founder, Laurel Drive
Adryan Dillon is the founder of Laurel Drive, a social media and communications consultancy for notable individuals and companies. She has 15 years of experience working with major corporations, award-winning artists, best-selling authors, non-profit organizations, TV networks, streaming platforms, and film studios. Before founding Laurel Drive, Adryan was a Vice President of Digital Strategy at ID Public Relations, where she advised the agency's high-profile clients on how to strategically build and manage their social media presences. Adryan began her career at the public relations firm Golin, working with global consumer brands at the start of the social media age.
While an undergraduate student, she was part of the first class of Ernie Pyle Scholars. She was selected for American Society of Magazine Editors internship program at Glamour and won the Frances Goins Wilhoit Research and Creative Achievement Award in 2009. Whether in the classroom or during study away opportunities in London, Seoul and the Poynter Institute, she is endlessly grateful to the School of Journalism faculty for the dynamic education grounded in real-world application, professionalism and ethical responsibility. She is from Evansville, Indiana.
