Austin Francalancia is a four-time Emmy-nominated producer and former film executive where he oversaw the acquisition and production of films such as “Chef,” “Nightcrawler,” and Academy Award-winner “Spotlight.” He has produced projects such as Netflix and Time Inc.’s Emmy-nominated “The Mars Generation,” 1091 Pictures’ “11-8-16,” UFC’s Emmy-nominated “25 Years in Short,” Hulu’s “Changing the Game,” and Amazon’s Academy Award-nominated “Borat Subsequent Moviefilm.”

Sean Smith

Third Street has grown from an idea on a napkin to an award-winning creative partner for consumer and B2B brands internationally. Sean’s perspectives on communication and business trends have been featured in multiple media outlets, including The Huffington Post, Entrepreneur.com, and FastCompany.com. Prior to launching Third Street, Sean led the marketing efforts for all rock-formatted stations at CBS Radio. He has also held leadership positions at the legendary WXRT-FM in Chicago and WRRM-FM in his hometown of Cincinnati, where he started his career as an on-air personality known as The Prize Doctor.

Jared Solow joined Comcast in early 2014, where he currently uses data, market insights, and business rationale to ensure products are launched, scaled, and supported to deliver the best possible results for advertisers. This includes performing market analysis, competitive analysis, product development and ideation, go-to-market planning, and execution.
