Kang wins Korea Gallup Research Award
Associate professor Minjeong Kang won the Korea Gallup Research Award for a study looking at the effect of perceived organizational justice on the employee-organization relationship.
The article, “To leave or not to leave: The effects of perceptions of organizational justice on employee turnover intention via employee-organization relationship and employee job engagement,” was coauthored by Minjung Sung, a professor at Chung Ang University in Seoul, South Korea.
The study found that perceptions of organizational justice had a significant influence on the employee-organization relationship.
The award is given annually to four academic studies in the social sciences published in the previous year.
