IU Bloomington ranked as one of the top game design schools in Midwest
The 12th annual Animation Career Review rankings placed IU in the top 25% nationally among public schools and colleges, fifth in the Midwest, and second in Indiana. This year’s rankings evaluated over 200 schools and colleges offering competitive game design programs across the U.S.
IU was ranked 38th nationally, 16th nationally among public schools and colleges, and 24th nationally among schools offering a game design-related bachelor’s degree.
IU Bloomington provides various game design programs across several colleges and schools. The Media School offers an undergraduate program with a variety of paths to hone specific skills in art; game design theory; management, advertising and PR; programming; and sound.
