Women Photojournalists of Washington exhibition and talk
Sarah Silbiger is a freelance photographer in Washington, D.C., and is the vice president of The Women Photojournalists of Washington. Her photos have appeared in The Washington Post, The New Yorker, Vanity Fair, The Boston Globe, Time Magazine, The Seattle Times, The San Francisco Chronicle, The Wall Street Journal, Rolling Stone, Forbes, Newsweek, CNN, The New York Times and Roll Call.
Her visit coincides with The Media School’s opening of the Women Photojournalists of Washington exhibition, which travels around the country to different universities. The photos will be displayed on the west wall of the commons mezzanine.
She’ll speak about the photography on the display, talk about life as a freelancer and answer student questions.
