Covering Ireland and Northern Ireland

Students from The Media School, the Hamilton-Lugar School of Global and International Studies and the Department of Religious Studies collaborated to report on issues of religion in Ireland and Northern Ireland in professor of practice Elaine Monaghan‘s course, Covering Ireland and Northern Ireland. The class traveled to Ireland and Northern Ireland during spring break.
The team produced a website with their stories and photos and presented their work at a symposium called “Representing Religion.” The projects covered topics ranging from Brexit concerns to hate crimes to and sex education.
