By submitting an application, you agree to enroll in the class and participate in the travel component. Except for very rare exceptions (to be determined by the dean), you will fail the course if you do not participate in the travel component.
The trip is not a vacation; it is part of a class. There will be no individual changes to the itinerary or flight arrangements.
If accepted, you'll be charged a $500 non-refundable deposit via your Bursar account. The balance will be charged to your Bursar account in November.
In addition to the course fee, you must pay tuition and be able to cover personal expenses, such as any meals not provided by the program and souvenirs. We recommend students have between $200 and $600 to cover these additional expenses.
You may only enroll in one Media School field experience course per semester. The course is open to undergraduate students only.
