Job description/tasks:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including posts and stories, that reflect our brand identity and messaging.
- Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and style.
- Monitor social media accounts for engagement opportunities and respond to comments and messages promptly
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with owner on his current and upcoming trips to make sure his content goes live.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and tools.
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate engaging content ideas.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) are preferred.
