Semester in L.A. internship verification form
To earn credit for an internship completed during the Semester in Los Angeles program, the program manager will need to review and verify the details of each student's internship. Once you have secured your internship, please fill out this survey so the program manager can contact your internship supervisor. We will verify that you are working at the company, completing the hours requirement and working toward the learning objectives of the internship.
If you are working in two internships over the semester, you will need to fill out one survey for each internship.
Once your internship has been verified, the program manager will notify you via email. You will only receive credit for your internship if this verification process is completed.
