FF012E is a data collection room for eye tracking and psychophysiological media research. This lab room allows for you to deliver media visual and auditory stimuli while tracking people’s eye gaze on the participant computer screen as well as their physiological responses to the media including heart rate, skin conductance, and small facial muscle movements (microexpressions) indicating emotional state.
This data collection room is divided into an experimenter space and participant space by a privacy wall. The participant space mimics a normal desk environment with a computer monitor and office chair. This room includes one computer station equipped with MediaLab/DirectRT, iMotions, Biopac AcqKnowledge, and a Tobii Pro X2-60 Eye Tracker. This data collection room is set up to collect participant EDA, ECG, facial EMG (corrugator supercilli and zygomatic or orbicularis oculi/eye blink), eye-tracking, facial expression analysis, and self-report data.
