Biography
MJ is a Cinema Production student focusing on an interdisciplinary approach to Post-Production. In addition to studying traditional linear and narrative editing through the Cinema program, she works with the Game Design program, learning about visual effects, CGI, and video editing within video games. She also created her own minor through the Individualized Minor Program in Audio/Sound, where she has learned about all aspects of sound, including design, production, and engineering. In addition to her studies and serving as a Media School Ambassador, she works as an editing intern in WTIU’s Promos Department, as a Lab Monitor in the Franklin Media Labs, and as the head editor on the Not Too Late Show with IUSTV. She’s hoping to eventually edit video for a production company that brings people joy with the content they create.
