Biography
Chris joined the Media School as an Adjunct Instructor after over 25 years working for several of advertising’s most respected agencies. He has created award-winning content for a wide range of well-known brands.
As a Creative Director, his full-time and freelance career includes work for globally recognized ad agencies, including BBDO, Leo Burnett, FCB, 72andSunny, DDB, and VMLYR. He has experience working for many global brands, including AT&T Wireless, Allstate Insurance, Mountain Dew, Pepsi, Mitsubishi and Chrysler Automobiles, Disney Resorts, McDonald’s, GE, Duracell batteries, Lays Potato Chips, and Dupont Stainmaster.
Chris’s work has been recognized in the Cannes Lions, The One Show, D&AD, the EMMY Awards for Best Commercial, the EFFIE Awards, ANDY’s, London Festivals, Communication Arts, Clios, Kinsale Sharks, Art Directors Club, and the permanent collection at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
His previous teaching experience includes teaching Art Direction for Advertising as an Adjunct Instructor for the University of Alabama. He also provided content for the 1st and 2nd editions of the advertising textbook “Advertising: Concept and Copy” by George Felton.
He attended Columbus College of Art and Design, Kendall School of Design, Pace University, and Hyper Island Master Course.
