Raymer speaks at Ethics for Breakfast
Professor emeritus Steve Raymer spoke Friday during the Hutton Honors College’s Ethics for Breakfast series.
He spoke about the ethical challenges faced by visual journalists to portray the plight of the 68.5 million displaced people in the world today.
Raymer has been teaching an interdisciplinary seminar in the Hutton Honors College called “Witnessing War and Terrorism,” and last year he was honored with a lifetime achieve award from the National Press Photographers Association for his work to elevate professional ethics in photojournalism.
