RJ Crawford works in the field of journalism for TEGNA in Indianapolis. He’s been with the company for a little over two years and has been working hard to amplify Black voices and disenfranchised communities. RJ was a part of many organizations and found a home in the Media School. Before graduating, RJ managed a team of diverse students for the IDS Black Voices section.

Deanna Fry (pronounced Dean-nuh) is an accomplished senior producer, celebrated for her award-winning work in broadcast journalism. Deanna currently resides in Washington, D.C., is a senior producer/showrunner for “America In Black” on BET and a key member of the CBS News Race & Culture Unit.

Lisa Levey started her career in New York in various live, scripted, and non-fiction television and film outlets, eventually landing a role working at the NBA. She then produced several Emmy-nominated specials and series for ESPN and FOX Sports Net. After producing an action sports series for MTV, she then pivoted over to their News and Docs department and began freelance producing and directing television series for various networks, including MTV, Bravo, TLC, Oxygen, Lifetime, VH1, and Showtime. Lisa now focuses on consulting and running series post-production, most recently for Bravo's "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," and upcoming new series for Roku, A&E, and National Geographic.

Dan is an Emmy award-winning director and senior media executive with 45 years of experience in the areas of live multi-camera directing, production techniques and workflows, strategic facility and operations planning, scenic project management and partner relationships. He has worked with Golf Channel, PGA Tour Productions, and ESPN, covering 14 Masters Tournaments, 20 PLAYERS Championships, 15 US Open Golf Championships, 12 Open Championships, and 9 PGA Championships.
