Multicultural Talent Pipeline
Publicis Media Group’s Multicultural Talent Pipeline brings multicultural students from participating universities to Publicis offices for a conference. The conference includes networking opportunities with Publicis professionals and panel discussions and workshops on key areas of the business, including media strategy, planning, buying, digital analytics and branded entertainment. On average, Publicis goes on to hire one out of four conference attendees.
This year’s MCTP is Oct. 16-18 in Atlanta. The company covers flight, lodging, local transportation and meal costs for participants. Publicis is looking for students from underrepresented groups who have a 3.0 GPA or higher. Candidates must be able to work upon graduate (no OPT).
