Student internship & ambassador program

Campus Ink

Paid | Graphic Design | Remote | Internship | Part-time |

Who are we? At Campus Ink, we’re not just a custom apparel company; we’re a creative hub backed by Mark Cuban that’s reimagining the way students and athletes approach merch. From our roots at the University of Illinois to our nationwide NIL Store platform, we empower students to become entrepreneurs by giving them the tools to design, market, and sell high-quality licensed apparel.

Total Merch Management (TMM): A unique pillar of our business is our Total Merch Management division, which runs the official e-commerce stores for 12 national fraternity organizations. As an intern, you’ll be connected with the leaders who manage these official stores, helping us elevate these national brands through premium apparel and high-energy in-person activations.

What You’ll Do & Learn This isn’t your typical “coffee-run” internship. Our Student Design and Sales Ambassadors get hands-on, real-world experience in running a business. You will:

  • Master the Creative Suite: Gain professional-level skills in Adobe Illustrator and apparel design.
  • Own the Sales Process: Learn lead generation, client relationship management, and how to close deals with campus organizations and local businesses.
  • Be an Entrepreneur: Manage orders from concept to delivery, learning time management and professional communication.
  • NIL & Greek Life Exposure: Get an inside look at the Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) space and the backend of national Greek Life merchandising.

What We’re Looking For We love students who are self-starters, creative thinkers, and community leaders. Whether you’re a Graphic Design major looking to build a portfolio, a Marketing student eager to test sales strategies, or a leader within your own Greek chapter, if you’re motivated and ready to learn, we want to talk to you! No prior design experience is required; we provide the training.

Hiring Timeline We typically recruit year-round, but our primary hiring pushes happen in the late Spring (for Summer sessions) and early Fall (for the academic year).

Ready to leave your mark? We’re looking for the next generation of creatives and leaders at Indiana University to join our nationwide community of over 200 student entrepreneurs.
