Biography
Joaritza Noriega is an Academic Advisor for The Media School with 10+ years of experience in higher education, committed to supporting students in their academic and personal growth. Before becoming an academic advisor, she served as a Career Advisor at the University of Kentucky and taught a variety of university courses in Puerto Rico and New York, spanning subjects such as languages, education, and literature. She holds an MA in Teaching English from InterAmerican University in Puerto Rico and a BA in Art Education from Queens College in New York. In her free time, Joaritza enjoys traveling, writing, creating art, and spending quality time with her family and pets.
