Biography
Bethany Foster is a second-year M.S. student focusing on Strategic Communication. With an undergraduate background in Communication and Digital Media from the University of Indianapolis. Bethany specializes in brand strategy, film production, and media distribution. She is passionate in creating compelling narratives that challenge close-minded perspectives and amplify the voices of marginalized groups through various forms of media. Bethany is currently developing a comprehensive portfolio that demonstrates her skills in brand development, media strategy, and content creation across multiple platforms — all of which will serve as the foundation of her Capstone.
In addition to her academic work, Bethany volunteers at the Black Film Center & Archive and serves as an Assistant Instructor for the StoryLab courses. Beyond the classroom, Bethany is committed to collaborative creative work and aims to continue producing diverse and impactful content that resonates with global audiences.
