David Wolfe Bender is a third-year student at Indiana University studying journalism (with a concentration in public relations), economics, and political science. While at IU, he served in multiple roles with the Indiana Daily Student, IU’s award-winning, independent newspaper. He covered the Bloomington City Government and worked as both an editor of the news division and a Managing Editor at large.
He’s completed internships with the Niskanen Center (Washington, DC), Chrysalis Global (Indianapolis), the U.S. Government Accountability Office (Washington, DC), and WFYI News Radio (Indianapolis).
