Nikki Vargas is a senior editor for Fodor's Travel, a legacy travel publication whose guidebooks were established in the 1930s. She is also a founding editor of “Unearth Women,” a women's travel magazine launched in 2018. She is the author of “Wanderess,” a women's travel guide published by Penguin Random House in 2022, and “Call You When I Land,” a travel memoir published in November 2023 by HarperCollins.
