Heather Shelbrack is the 2024 Chair of the Airports Council International - North America Marketing, Communications, and Customer Experience Steering Group. She was also promoted to deputy aviation director - public relations for the City of Phoenix Aviation Department in 2023. The City of Phoenix Aviation Department owns and operates Phoenix Sky Harbor, Phoenix Deer Valley, and Phoenix Goodyear Airports. (July 2024)
