Lauren (Bristow) Rapp is assistant to the president, strategy and special projects, at Simon Youth Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group, which helps at-risk teens graduate high school. She was previously the director of communication for Simon Youth Foundation, and before that, she was manager of development and communications for the Chicago Public Education Fund. (February 2020)
