Jessica Kelley started her own business in October 2014. She runs The Garden Table, a cold press juicery and daytime eatery focused on locally sourced and seasonally influenced breakfast and lunch. The shop is located in Broad Ripple in Indianapolis and was named one of Indianapolis Monthly’s 15 Best New Restaurants of 2015. It was also deemed Indianapolis Monthly’s Best New Juice Bar of 2015. The store opened a second location in downtown Indianapolis on Massachusetts Avenue in 2016. Kelley credits IU and the journalism school with equipping her with a wealth of knowledge and the confidence to accomplish whatever she wants. (December 2015)
