Erika Josephson-Heise will be the speaker for Webster University's 105th Commencement on May 11. She is the executive producer of "NBC News Daily" with Kate Snow and Zinhle Essamuah. She was previously a senior producer for MSNBC’s “Andrea Mitchell Reports.” She lives in New York City with her husband and daughter. (April 2024)
