Bill Foley was awarded the Burt Williams Award by the National Press Photographers Association. The award recognizes a news photographer who has completed at least 40 years of service in the industry. A collection of Foley’s photographs and interviews are the subject of an Indiana State Museum exhibit, “Fix: Heartbreak and Hope Inside Our Opioid Crisis.” The exhibit runs through Aug. 21.
