The Media School at Indiana University Bloomington invites applications for a nontenure track visiting lecturer professor position in advertising. We seek candidates with professional experience in specialty areas such as advertising strategy, media planning, copywriting, and creative design. We especially seek individuals to teach courses in integrated media strategy, content and development across print, broadcast, direct, mobile, digital, and social media campaigns. The Media School provides a supportive environment for teaching across media disciplines, with advertising as one of its fastest growing areas of undergraduate enrollment.
Applicant reviews will begin immediately and the job will remain open until filled. The appointment starts in August 2019, for a term of 1-2 years.
The candidate should have an M.S. in a media-related field. Duties will include teaching and service to the advertising program.
