Converged Newsroom: Sports Media

Imagine being a sports reporter at a Big Ten university with 22 varsity teams, multiple national championships, alumni in the pros, world-class facilities and an extensive media relations department. Where better to hone your sports reporting skills?

If you take this workshop, you’ll have access to experts and newsmakers as you learn how to go beyond game coverage and report on sports-related issues, such as repetitive strain injuries, NCAA recruiting regulations and the business of college athletics.
